The Genuine BES Audio warranty policy is to repair and return defective merchandise. The warranty remains in effect for 18 months from the date of the first consumer purchase (in the US) with the original bill of sale. Without an original bill of sale, the manufacturing date will establish the beginning of the warranty period.
Your warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship except: damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, product modification or neglect, or damage incurred during shipment; claims based upon any misrepresentation by the seller; any Genuine BES Audio product on which the date code/serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
BES Audio will pay all labor and material expenses for all repairs covered by this warranty. Please be sure to save the original shipping cartons. A charge will be made if replacement cartons are requested. You are responsible for transporting your product for repair or arranging for its transportation and for payment of any initial shipping charges. We will pay the return shipping charges if repairs are covered by the warranty. Credit for defective warranty merchandise must have authorization from the BES Audio main office before credit will be issued and will be subject to applicable restock and replacement charges. A twenty (25%) restock fee will apply to warranty items returned for credit. The cost of replacement parts to bring the item back to “like new” condition will also be deducted from credit for warranty items.

- Wireless system including BW800, BW400, BW380, BW360, BW350, IEM600,BW160, BW320, BW250.
- Portable system including BWA1000, BWA650, BAX2112.
- Amplifiers and mixers including TPA, BP, BM Series.
- Wired Microphones including BK25, BK26, BK27.
- All wireless hand-held, bodypack transmitter and wireless receiver.
- Accessories including BWD280, BWD12, A800, A100, AMX800, AMX880.
- A limited One Year Warranty applies to the following products :
- All earphones, headset microphone, lavalier microphone, guitar/bass cable, case, and AC adapter.
- The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage to or deterioration of the exterior of the item which occurs after delivery
- Damage after initial delivery resulting from accident, misuse or neglect
- Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in the owner’s manual
- Damage resulting from the performance of repairs by someone other than the BES Audio repair department
- Damage occurring during the shipment or delivery of any BES Audio product to BES Audio after initial delivery of the product to you.
- Any Genuine BES Audio product on which the date code/serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.
BES Audio does not authorize any third party including any dealer or Service Center to assume any liability on behalf of BES Audio or to make any warranty for BES Audio

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED from BES Audio prior to any items being returned to BES Audio for repair or service.
